Cancellation Policy
Late & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me and reserved specifically for you. I understand that life happens and schedules may need to shift, which is why I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This can be done online or by texting me at (224) 855-6628.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service and forfeiture of your deposit.
• Same-day cancellations (within 12 hours) or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• Clients who no-show may be restricted from booking future appointments.
If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled to avoid impacting the next client.
Please note: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
